What is Coconut Palm Sugar

When substituting coconut sugar for cane sugar in a recipe (or the other way around), you can generally use the same amount that the recipe calls for. Since it doesn’t have much of a taste, it’s great to use in baking, cooking and sauces and in hot and cold drinks such as tea, coffee, lemonade etc.
